When I placed my order?

It depends on what part or the country you live in, availability of product and size. On average it takes between 8 to 10 business days. For large intitutional portable systems, please add another 3 to 4 days for prep.

How can I check the status of my order?

We try our hardest to keep our customers updated as their order progresses through our system. When you initially place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Once your order has been filled and sent to our shipping department, we will send you another email message. When your order ships, we will send you a final email with any available tracking numbers or information so you know when to expect your package.

If your order is a large item, it will most likely ship via freight delivery. we cannot send you a tracking number but we will alert you with the date your package left our facility or the factory. Feel free to call or email us anytime with any questions.

By the way, if you do not receive a confirmation email from us within an hour of your order, your email might be blocking us. We do not send spam. We hate spam just as much as you do. Unfortunately, so many people are sending unwanted mail, that some email programs don’t know who to block anymore. Make sure that our email (click "Contact us" on the left) is added to your address book or you might not receive emails with tracking information.

Why should I order online?

For starters, we offer premium discounts on certain items, as well as other price specials and product giveaways that are only available to you when you order online. Our stores are open 24 hours a day - 365 days a year!

Also, online orders are processed faster than other methods, even phone orders. When you order online we are notified by email immediately. When we retrieve your order, it is already complete with the address and contact information you personally entered.

Of course, while buying online is most convenient for everyone, our top priority is to respond to your needs in the way that works best for you. So if you would prefer to call, mail or fax in your order, please do so.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We understand and know it happens. Sometimes you find out your spouse/friend/mother ordered the same product and forgot to tell you. An order cancellation must be received in writing, fax, or email within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. If the item has already shipped the customer must still pay for all shipping charges. We will do our best to prevent this from happening.

We accept POs from government institutions. Payment is due within 30 days of delivery.

Do you offer financing thru your company?

Not at this time. We recommend signing up for one of the many credit cards that are now offering low introductory rates.

What if some of the parts are missing?

It’s a rare occurance, but sometimes these things happen. Fortunately, this is the easiest problem to solve. Just email or call us with the part and part number that’s missing and we’ll contact the manufacturer. They will then ship the missing part to you at no charge.

What different shipping methods do you offer?

Oversized items are delivered by freight and most other items are shipped via United Parcel Service Ground.

Freight: Typically this takes 1-2 weeks from your order date. With freight orders, the shipping company will usually contact our customers 2-3 days before arriving at the residence to schedule the delivery.

UPS: These shipments normally take 5-7 days for delivery. Other UPS shipping priorities are available upon request. Also, we periodically use Federal Express Services. You will be notified via email as tohow your order is being shipped.

International Shipping
This is normally accomplished via Air or Ship Freight for oversized items or US Postal Service or Fed Ex shipping guidelines for smaller items.

Contact us for a shipping quote. Also, the buyer is responsible for all tariffs and customs fees applicable to any purchase.

Do you have any local stores so I can save on the freight?

We only ship these from our warehouse. Unless you are from Nevada, we do not have to charge you sales tax (6-7% of purchase), so you actually don’t save much by picking it up at a retail store.

Can you hold my order until a later date (I'm moving, it's a birthday gift, etc.)?

Yes. We will take your order now and will keep it in a pending file. We will also set your product aside so we will not sell out. You will get an order number and a receipt now. You will need to contact us when you are ready to “release” your order. Please remember we don’t guarantee delivery times so please release the order at least 2-3 weeks before you expect to receive it.

How are items shipped?

We do not use ground/water methods when shipping internationally because they are very difficult to track and can take months. Contact us by for a shipping quote. Also, the buyer is responsible for all tariffs and customs fees applicable to any purchase.

What if the package shows up damaged?

Please look at the package carefully when it arrives. If it looks like it has been heavily damaged during shipping you have the right to refuse it from the shipper, however the box will have some normal wear and tear during shipping. In most cases the product itself will be in perfect condition. UPS: When you sign for this, please add a note or comment that the package arrived damaged. Usually, the box has been dropped by the shipping company and there is no damage to the product. If parts are damaged, just email us the part number and we’ll contact the manufacturer to have replacements sent to you. Freight: Once again, add a note or comment when you sign for it if the box looks damaged. If parts are damaged or missing, let us know by email and we’ll get the information to the manufacturer.

Live in the continental United States. How do I know the shipping on your products?

To check the shipping price on one of our products, just access that products page and under the price there will be the shipping cost. This is a flat fee and is the same for any state in the lower 48.

Our 10-day money-back guarantee allows you to return an item for any reason. If you decide you do not want the product when it arrives, you must first contact us by e-mail or by phone. This allows us to track your return and make sure it has been shipped to the correct address. Items must be returned in the original packaging in good condition with all parts to receive a refund. As soon as it is received, we will credit your credit card for the cost of the item.

Note: Customers are responsible for a 15% to 40% restocking fee along with shipping charges to and from their residence when returning a product.
