• Winch-Cargo buckle style net tensioning system provides ease of operation and consistent net tension. The nylon leader strap means no cables to fray or kink.
• 3 1/2" Floor Sleeves - (Optional)Floor plate is 8 1/2" diameter powder coated cast aluminum with a swivel hinge cover.
